On WIX and Blogging

I created my website using WIX when it was new and using Flash. Flash was unsupported on the iPhones, so before WIX dumped Flash and became entirely HTML, I converted my WIX site to HTML. Seeing the writing on the wall, WIX had a conversion program to help support the conversion. It worked somewhat. I am not particularly tech savvy, but I was able to recreate my site with just a few days of pain. Then I dumped my PC for a Mac. Then I decided to create a blog. I seem to have lots of new quirks in the WIX editor, like the box that is supposed to be around my text is way over somewhere else. I am not finding creating and publishing the blog as easy as advertised. I am missing BlogSpot. Please be patient.
