Testing Watercolor Papers Continued

Another test study on Fabriano paper. Image is 5" x 7" on 9" x 12" sheet. Very happy with the brilliant color on this one. This is Marsh Creek, Idaho. Other than doing studies to try out papers, I like to do studies to work out issues I am not sure about, like maybe changing colors or backgrounds I do not think I like, or to find out if the scene is something I would like to paint larger. This is one image worth a larger painting.
